Park Rules

OFFICE HOURS:  9AM - Sunset        EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS PLEASE PHONE 03 5358 2376
CHECK-IN time is 2pm (Earlier only if accomodation or site is ready).
CHECK-OUT is 10am for cabins & sites. Late check-out MAY be available & a fee may apply, please ask at office.
Cabins and SITES are to be left CLEAN and tidy. Please place all rubbish in outside bins place around the park.
All dishes in cabins are to be washed DRYED and put away.
UP TO $300 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXCESS CLEANING, REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT OF MISSING ITEMS.
BABY BATHROOM in amenities adjacent to office is available for use. Please ask for a key at the office.
NO SMOKING inside any park buildings or within 10 metres of the children’s playground – By Law.
PETS – Pets are allowed at manager’s discretion on sites only and must be declared at check-in.
Dogs must be on a lead AT ALL TIMES within the park. Doggie Doo’s must be picked up immediately, wrapped or bagged and placed in an outside rubbish bin. Dogs are not to be left alone at any time in the park.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE ANY PARK STRUCTURES – Cabin, caravan, amenities, laundry, camp kitchen etc.
PARK ON YOUR SITE ONLY.  New arrivals need to be able to park on their allocated site straight away.
BEHAVIOUR – Offensive, illegal, drunken or disorderly behaviour is not tolerated in this park and offenders will be immediately evicted. This includes the use of foul language.  NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN – THIS IS IT.
No noise between 10PM TO 8AM. Respect your neighbours.   
Please be considerate of others and ensure that your site and belongings are secure and tidy at all times.
The park will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to your belongings.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
FIRES – are permitted dependent on CFA regulations and CFA Fire Danger Rating at the time. Fires on powered sites MUST be in park approved drums off the ground on bricks. ABSOLUTELY no holes to be dug on powered sites. Fires on the island are to be in park constructed fire places or park approved drums off the ground only on bricks. Fires in the unpowered camping areas may be in a 30cm deep hole no larger than cooking width and surrounded by bricks or rocks. All fires must be at least 3 metres away from any tent or caravan.
FIRES MUST BE ATTENDED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES and extinguished at midnight.
FIRES LEFT UNATTENDED MUST BE EXTINGUISHED BY PARK STAFF AND WILL ATTRACT A $50 FEE PAYABLE BY TO WHOM THE SITE IS REGISTERED.
Yeap it happens, Wise up people – everyone in Victoria knows you cannot leave a fire unattended.
Chainsaws and generators are not permitted to be used in the park.
CAMP UNDER TREES AT OWN RISK. – (Trees are inspected and maintain on a regular basis.)

PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF FAMILIAR WITH OUR EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES PRINTED ON THE PARK MAP, ALSO DISPLAYED IN OUR OFFICE, AMENITIES BLOCKS AND IN ALL CABINS.
Please take note of the 1st response fire hoses located throughout the park, your own hose may also be used as a 1st response fire hose in the event of a fire – IF SAFE TO DO SO.

CHILDREN must be supervised AT ALL TIMES and are not to play in or around amenities.  
BICYCLES\SCOOTERS\ROLLERBLADES are allowed during daylight hours only and must observe all road rules including the wearing of helmets.
SPEED LIMIT is 10Km/Hr - "WALKING PACE".   We all know what that is…….….…..Very SLLOOWWW  !!
All roads in the park are shared between pedestrians, children and vehicles.
VISITORS are permitted from 9am to 9pm and MUST sign in at the office PRIOR to entering the park. In case of emergency regulations require management to know who is in the park.
C.F.A. and Police do regular patrols of the park. All of the above are either Law, Regulation or for Safety.
